Muslim World versus Indo-Israeli nexus and CTBT

We have not appreciated that it was not a want of spiritual strength in us, compared with other peoples, that made humiliation our lot, but it was weakness of our economic enterprise and organisation. After all, even in the darkest days of colonialism, we did not lack in faith but we did certainly lack an understanding of technology which is the mother of economic and military strength; and the role played by all these forces in fashioning a people’s fate. Straightaway, what occurs to mind is that this was probably the chief reason of our backwardness which made us victims of colonialism and Neo-colonialism since the industrial revolution of the West. Today, the World Bank and IMF, themselves being a centre of power, form an effective part of the Neo-Colonialist Consortium.
Islam had emancipated the human mind from the bondage of man-made gods and dogmas. Islam taught us equality of man without discrimination of race, colour or faith. Islam brought the message of love, peace and compassion and demanded the believers to stand for the oppressed. Islam had spread across the world in the shortest possible time but was dominated again barely after a brief period of one thousand years, by the Western imperialism and colonialism. We blame the non- Muslims and enemies of Islam for our disgrace. Muslims are only to look into the history to know to what extent the responsibility falls on our own shoulders, for distorting our principles. Degradation, stagnation and illiteracy replaced the enlightenment and tolerance in the Islamic society. Muslims fought Muslims. Why? Because the religion was distorted and exploited and it was made the opium of the people. Vested interests tried to bring Islamic society at a standstill. Some Muslim countries do claim to have adopted the parliamentary system of democracy for governance, declaring it to be compatible with Islam; failed as though by design, to adopt an economic system which abolished poverty and exploitation, which emancipated women; as though it was all Islamic which could not be dispensed with, being Islamic.
Then why is it that we form the majority of the people who are suffering from social injustice, hate and exploitation? Most of us still live under autocratic rule, the feudal distinction of tribes and castes. Why? Why is it that our percentage of literacy, per capita income and other such progress indexes are lower than those of the most nations? The relentless Law of Nature, which the Quran describes in the following simple but eloquent words, applies equally to the individual and collective aspects of human life:” Verily never will God change the condition of a people, until they change it themselves, within their own souls.” Buddha and Confucious had also said: “We can reform the world by reforming the states. We can reform the states by reforming the families. We can reform the families by reforming ourselves. The root of all improvement and development is self-improvement”. So, it means that individual must change before the society can change.
From the introduction what we learn is that without knowledge, of which science forms the pivotal point for making use of it through technology, we can neither be good human beings for we would not be able to recognise the good or bad to acknowledge the good in order to evolve a useful system for governance which is based on egalitarianism or equality. A system of governance without prejudice and discrimination and satisfactorily laden with justice and equal opportunities for all. A system that ensures progress and development of all fellow beings in a most civilised manner! Good governance lays the foundation for everything that is good and guarantees to discard what is harmful to the society as a whole.
Good Governance from the Lowest Tier
The youth must stand to look back to recollect why did we stand so high in the past centuries, why do we stand in the mess that we find ourselves in and where are we headed, now on? What will happen if the cause of corruption is not arrested soon enough? Why have the agencies responsible for law and order themselves become the instrument of crime and bloodshed causing dismay and despondency? They must join a cadet corps formed in each district with a view to assisting the representatives of the district administration in all spheres and be prepared to contest elections, for district’s development in the near future; which will of course be followed by them automatically, for elections to be able to deliver goods when they become the members of provincial and National Assemblies. They should form a nucleus for providing leadership. They should straighten the police and miscreants, during the on job training. They should end espionage and sabotage from their respective areas. In brief, they should help the representatives of the district administration, also to endear themselves for future elections. Their motto should be, “We should follow the leadership if the leadership follows us, in the light of their manifestos given out by them, before the days of elections! This is only, it can be made ‘For the People’, and the people can get rid of the corrupt blood suckers. The nucleus that will follow will create comradeship amongst the youth from the lowest tier to the highest one, across the entire country and the future leadership will work with more understanding in each province. Academics and civil administration with the military help should impart them on job training. They can be selected for Armed Forces and service in the civil as well. Sorry for diversion but this was so important! After all the world is facing a new kind of warfare, called asymmetric warfare.

Islam and the West
Up to 15th century the earth was considered as the centre of the universe, with Sun moving around it. However, as early as the 7th century the Holy Quran (Surah Yasin-:36: 38-40), had said: “And the Sun is moving on its determined goal. That is the decree of Almighty, the All Knowing God. And for the moon we have appointed stages, till it becomes again like an old dry twig of a palm tree. It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor can the night outstrip the day. All of them float smoothly in an orbit”. This explains the movement of the sun around its axis and movement of the moon, the earth and other bodies. Nine hundred years later, the world of science and technology discarded the ptolemaic conception and Western astronomy adopting a line parallel with Quran. Before the Industrial Revolution of the West, ISLAM challenged the combined forces of knowledge and science, of the East and the West. “As late as 16th century Islam inspired the same hysteria in the Western hearts as communism in the 20th century.....” (Toynbee). “ARUJ-E ADM-E KHAKI SE ANJAM SEHME JATE HAIN YEH TOOTA HUA TARA MAHE KAMIL NA BAN JAE”. Jerusalem
For more than thirteen hundred years Muslims have held Jerusalem, that is, since 637 C.E except for a short interval during Crusades. To Muslims’ Jerusalem was a trust for all those who venerated it. It is a unique symbol of the confluence of Islam with the sacred traditions of Abraham, Moses and Jesus. Muslim’s alone believe in all the prophetic traditions rooted in Jerusalem. The Zionists who ensured the crucifixion of Jesus at Cross, misled the Christendom into Crusades.
Zionist/Israeli Threat to Destroy Pakistan
According to Jewish Chronicle of August, 9, 1967, David Bengurion, the first Israeli Prime Minister, saw a grave danger posed by Pakistan in the following terms:
“The world Zionist movement should not be neglectful of the dangers of Pakistan to it. And Pakistan now should be its first target, for this ideological state is a threat to our existence. And Pakistan, the whole of it hates Jews and loves the Arabs. This lover of Arabs is more dangerous to us than the Arabs themselves. For that matter, it is most essential for the world of Zionism that it should take immediate steps against Pakistan”.
INDO-ISRAELI ALLIANCE
Then pointing to Indo-Israeli Alliance, he said: “Whereas the inhabitants of Indian Peninsula are Hindus whose hearts have been full of hatred, against Muslims, throughout history; therefore India is the most important base for us to work therefrom against Pakistan. It is essential that we exploit this base and strike and crush Pakistanis, enemies of Jews and Zionism, by all disguised and secret plans”. (DAWN, December-6, 1983 Karachi).
GAZA - JERICHO TYPE ENTITY
No one, even the great President Clinton, who had cried out for mercy when he was involved in the sweet case of Monica Lewinsky, can dare go a step outside this straight line drawn for him by the Zionism, while dealing with India and Pakistan. A.B. Vajpayee was put on Zionism’s own roll in the days when Desai was the Indian PM and he was his foreign minister and all things with him were tied up by Syrus vance - the foreign secretary of US President Jimmy Carter, when Vajpayee visited US. What all happened the moment he became the PM of India was therefore a foregone conclusion. BJP speaks the language of Zionism and the free hand given to the RSS during the last week, signals the arrival of Armageddon in Asia. China, India and Pakistan, indeed the entire Asia will be ruined, which the Zionism will come and occupy without let and hindrance, for her ‘New World Order’. No one has the freedom of movement in the so-called Palestine. Anybody (Muslim) can be arrested from within or outside his home, anywhere. Palestinians are not to go out or enter their territory without the permission of ever vigilant Jewish police. Their homes are in a way under siege. Their resources, including the water resources are controlled by Israel.
What a freedom? This is the freedom that is likely to be given to Kashmiris. Keep the Line of Control/the ceasefire line sacrosanct; leave the valley for the US; accept present ‘Line’ with minor adjustments; as respective areas of your jurisdiction; the valley will be apparently given to the UN Trusteeship, obviously to the US, to establish its posts to control the world trade routes — land or sea, from the highest heights of Himalayas and that’s how the world will be dominated for the Zionist’s ‘New World Order’. The communique by all probability was endorsed by the Chief Executives of both the countries, before Oct 99. Will Indian political parties also like it?
The CTBT Stunt and Pakistan
The mechanism set up under the CTBT regime can compel a state party to open its nuclear facilities to inspection and can initiate a process that would drive it terminate its nuclear programme. India’s declared policy on CTBT has been that it would accede to the treaty if it is given the status of a recognised international nuclear power.
So is that of Pakistan! And Israel which is very great nuclear power compared with both India and Pakistan, must also become the one. It should stop adopting a false face granted to it by the beneficiary states of Britain, France and US, for suffering at the hands of Nazis in Germany, for which they chose the Muslims of the Middle East for redemption. What is seen in Lebanon and in the troubled minds of the Palestinians, after so much efforts for peace, for so long; has only strengthened the hold of Zionism for which the US/ West will be paying in trillions to have any trade relations with the Middle East countries; but just wait for some more time, until the left over agenda is also completed with the help of US, in the Kashmir valley, for the Zionism’s ‘New World Order’!
US Senate too has rejected its ratification. Republican majority leader Trent Lott said: “The treaty does not meet even the minimal standards of previous Arms Control Treaties.....” That means the existence of CTBT itself is purposeless and meaningless and it has been designed to get the nuclear power for own favourites only. Why should Pakistan sign it? Was the NPT not enough? Why did they accept their experiment in Pokhran in 1974, as an experiment for peace in the guise of ‘Smiling Buddha’, and why their ever vigilant satellites remained blind-folded on 11 May and 13 May 1998; whereas, they continued a live commentary about Pakistan’s preparations until the last end? Please wake up - they will make a horrible example as demonstrated by Henry Kissenger in 1976, after failing to convince Z. A. Bhutto not for going for the weapon following the India’s experiment in 1974? Horrible example! Clinton administration’s officials fear that there is no way to ensure the effectiveness of US weapons forever, without testing them occasionally. Besides, US present administration is facing threats during the next elections; they can wait until then in their case just as accepting our view that the US wait until elected representatives are ushered in the Government of Pakistan. Vajpayee is pretty much cosy, for India being one of those favourites will be exonerated during the inspections whereas Pakistan will be trapped like Iraq for good. Zionist’s dictation is working!
COURSES OPEN There are two courses open to Pakistan:
a. It can seize the opportunity offered by the circumstances including the US Senate’s rejection of the treaty and take the decision to decline to accede to the treaty unless Pakistan is given the status of a recognised international nuclear state/power.
b. This government can postpone the final decision, on the grounds that only a representative government should take the final decision to sign it or not.
The youth is requested to break the teeth of all those who are advocating to sign it. The debate is not for, ‘for it or against the motion’. For dealing at the international level/dealing for the country’s vital interests requires to educate the youth too - Not for the sake of just ‘for it’! It’s going on since 1974, after India exploded in Pokhran. Has India ever cared to do it? We did it enough before going nuclear in 1976/77; asks Dr. A. Q. Khan!
