Most Religions emphasize belief in God and high morals

Introduction
Some people think that basically all religions are same because ultimately they all tend to believe in one supreme God; they only differ in the modes of worship which vary according to respective cultures and local traditions. Moreover all the religions emphasize adherence to the good moral values which do not differ much. For example all religions condemn immorality, crimes like murder, theft, cheating, rape, etc are generally considered wrong even by the atheists. All the religions emphasize honesty, justice, truthfulness, good treatment with the neighbors, other human beings, helping the poor through charity and so on so forth. Hence, it is just enough to believe in God, follow any faith and adhere to the good values and perform good deeds. Sounds good!......more
